Renton Ragwan
Renton Ragwan has over 10 years of financing commercial real estate and business loan transactions. As a senior loan consultant for Springhouse Advisors LLC, he has a passion for assisting business owners grow and attain the funding that they need. Renton has his MBA in finance. Originally from South Africa, Renton now lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and daughter. He is an avid photographer and enjoys playing the bass guitar.
Eva Anita Ragwan
Eva is the co-founder of BULD, and directs communications. She is a former school teacher with over 20 years experience as a junior primary teacher. She holds a PhD degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Proquila Panmei
Proquila is a business woman who lives in Logansport, Indiana. She is married with three children. Proquila has a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from Purdue University, Fort Wayne, IN.
James William
James is the pastor at First Baptist Church of Philadelphia. He has a Master of Divinity degree from Palmer Theological Seminary the seminary of Eastern University.
Lorraine Stevens
Lorraine obtained her Doctor of Ministry from Palmer Theological Seminary the seminary of Eastern University. Rev. Dr. Stevens is an ordained minister, married and lives in Philadelphia.
Rodney Ragwan
Rodney is the co-founder of BULD. He is passionate about investing in the education of children and youth. In addition to other degrees, Rodney holds a doctorate in Marriage and Family Counseling.
